Interlude is a series of Khawaja's impressionistic oil palette knife seascape paintings that are artist's interpretation of contemplation, deliberate pause and reflection in a relentlessly fast-paced world. It’s an exploration of longing n' anticipation, solitude n’ loss and finding peace n’ solace in nature, especially the ocean of the Hawaiian Islands.
